We want you to love every StagFit product you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy for customers in Thailand. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info.stagfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. 

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll review the issue and make it right at no additional cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size or product, please email us first to confirm availability. Once approved, return the original item. When received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
